maps won't export to jpg or png

When my map finishes trying to export i get prompted to give an app permissions but it doesnt say what app and won't let me grant permission.

Rather than just to a png or jpg?

it automatically has roll20.net selected

try selecting the exporting to PNG or JPG option at the very top 2nd from end

This only happens when I try to export it as a jpg but that is what I need to export it as to use it

It's very strange, I see this for the first time, I'm afraid I do not know what to do with this.

I offer this advice but only if you know what you are doing.

Not for the faint hearted or novice at computers

try uninstalling it and then removing the program from the registry, [backing up your registry beforehand of course]

restart pc and then reinstall and try again

When i worked in pc support, this fixed a huge number of problems
