Stuck loading at 24% . . . ALWAYS

i LITERALLY have to restart my computer in order to play this game every day. pretty lame.

Hi Vuxnut, so sorry. If this is a more issue that now happens every time, please try reinstalling. That might help if it was a recent update that has caused the issue.

13 or 16% for me, but only started doing this today, i tried uninstalling and installing it again but nothing changed. i know it's not my internet because that's working just fine. if i miss a daily reward i'll just quit. only have like 85hrs in it and $20, but if issues like this cause me to miss out i'd sooner kill it off fast rather than spend more on it

I just have to constantly restart and after 5 or 6 attempts it finally goes through and i can play the game. It's quite annoying for sure. I have had to contact customer service a few times about missing purchases so I'm hesitent to write them again. Hoping this issue gets magically fixed in an upcoming update.

..and how does restarting your computer is fixing the issue..!? If thats the case then the problem is def. on your end. No comuter reboot is needed to fix "this" problem, so...

Mine only gets to 21 percent. An hour at 21% .......
The phrases keep revolving the whole time.
It just started when I tried to play on Saturday, 22 Sept. I can't get back into the game.

Yeah, Restarting the computer was my frist attempt at fixing this and it appeared to work every time. Then i Just started restarted the client. That worked after 5 or 6 tries as well. Now it appears to be working fine and I've had no issues over the last few days.

Although I missed a login bonus due to this bug which is BULL SHEET. But what can ya do

i would just like to report that the last week the game has worked perfectly fine for me and this issue appears to be fixed.

I am a dual monitor user and this only happends when I play it on my second screen.
Hope this will help.(Scrap this, this is not the problem/solution anymore).

It is random, sometimes it stops at 14% sometimes at 24%, restarting over and over again helps sometimes but now after restarting the game several times it gets stuck over and over again.
Can Devs please fix this instead of giving people the run-around with a link?...
