Okay, how do you get a "Golden Turd" to buy stuff with?
I understand Coins and now Gem's, but other than a "Rumble" even, how can you earn any of the most exclusive currency, the Golden Turd? There must be a way with how high the prices are for the Turds...how can you aquire them as you can't even apparently buy them.

I'm not complaining, I think the way it is is fine, but still, I was just wondering is all for the lower and just starting out players, like myself?

Defeat an opponent in the story line enough times (past bronze, silver, etc) until it appears as a possible victory reward against that opponent.

This makes them really tough to get early on, but once your deck can reliably, consistently defeat that level of opponents, you can farm a handful a day.

I have 3 now, on a f2p account, after 2 days.

I have 1 turd after 7 wins against maxed first mission. Guess, I'll wait till I can clear some later mission before farming those. I focus on completing some achievements first. Next one is 10 golden islands, then 25 completed islands, then 25 silvers islands and finally 25 golden islands.

Onyx..

The newer islands (25-# to 30-#) seems to have a garaunteed drop of golden turds from what I've read on r/AnimationThrowdown. If you can reliably beat Onyx levels it's a good way to get golden turds.

Thanks. I honestly got my butt handed to me on the mssion with the grandpa from KofH and I was against nothing but different versions of "Peggy - the grossly broken card" so I went back and I am completing every previous island to it's 100% completion and thanks for letting me know that the 'golden turd' farming isn't nearly as valuable as it should have been.

Lets be honest, you need 1000 to mean anything but yet you MAY get a single turd after seven battle. Even if I had "infinite energy" to keep playing, who the hell would do all of this, just for a card that you don't know what it is?

You get a higher rate of turds on the higher levels, so by the time you can farm them, they're worth farming.

Do they differ at all from the second level's turd? I did earn those and I haven't seen a difference between that turd and the turds half way through.

I will admit though, it is pretty funny to see my wife and I, who are in our late twenties and early thirties, making a big deal about 'farming turds' as apparently we can't get enough of them from our two children.

There is a card - Golden Turd.
There is a currency - Golden Turds.

Those are two different things. After you clear the mission 12 times you can farm the currency, not the cards. And don't forget that you also get some Giggitywatts while doing that so even if you don't get golden turds it will still help your deck.

^^ What archmag said.

Also, Anyone who just started playing with the Steam release probably shouldn't be farming turds yet. Filling your deck with the blue cards you like from those levels will help you more until your deck is really strong.

Oh, I noticed that as well. Also worth mentioning is that you get a whole new set of energy once you finish a chapter...I would have saved a day if I knew that but also once you are somewhat strong, work on finishing a deck to total completion before rummaging too far ahead. Those few Blue Rare cards will save your butt on MANY occasions and are truly worth going for if you are even slightly stronger than the computer. Like for instance, if you win 60% of your games when the game gets difficult, it is often worth the gamble to spend several hours of aquired energy to try for that one chase rare...I did.

Early islands give oyu small rare drops.

While the 5 last islands in adventure mode gives oyu guaranteed drop. But are every difficult.
(Especially during disguised BGE)

Not true! Every island gives you turds and GW if you play more than once after full Onyx! So, with each 2nd match after you beat full onyx you start to ear GW and turds!

That's not true. You don't always get turds after every win on first few islands. Check very first mission (1-1). Not counting the very first win, I got only 1 golden turd in 6 tries.

1-1 mission rewards 0-1 turds and 2-3 GW.
10-3 mission rewards 1-2 turds and 2-4 GW.

That beeing said, you dont play Island 1-5 to farm golden turds. I thought that much is clear. I personally farm 26-1 for turds with an avg. of 6.

Each battle and you end up with just six turds...but you need a thousand for something? How is this fair or even reasonable?
