My game will not launch

I have been unable to get onto my Sniper Fury game for 3 weeks now, since the windows 10 update was installed in my computer...how do I fix this problem and get back into my game. I spent over 6 months, many many countless hours building my squad etc. and now I am frozen out. I am losing everything I worked for..help!

Same happened to me. Game wouldn't load. Kept coming up with error message. Sent a messge to gameloft but no luck. Which platform are you playing from. I used to play on windows platform and d game froze me out after update on my laptop. I was on lvl 49. Lost all my squadmates, rubies and gold. So i went to steam and downloaded the game and started from lvl 1. Most people have same problem

Hi Outlaw, it's StormBhoy here, got a workaround that helped me when I had issues connecting. Firstly, uninstall then reinstall the game on steam. Secondly, right click on the game in your library and go to properties, navigate to local save files, then delete the SaveGamexxxx folder (usually the last folder in the list before all the single files). Lastly, go back to the game in your library to start the game and access in the normal way. Fingers crossed it works for you also, I am on a win 10 pc and kept getting connection errors before xmas. They said it means that you cant connect to the correct data centre, but the message confuses people with internet connection statement. Hope it helps, catch you later!

Same-same I started on microsoft got to level 49...then went through steam and started over. Now the steam wont luanch the game after windows 10 auto-update. I am on level 61 and its been 3 weeks arrrggg

Stormy..how is it going? I havnt been kicked yet have I. I will be back, I have and will try any/everything.. If I delete all my files from this computer, my profile will still be there? I am also looking for another tower or a laptop just for the game. I should be able to access my profile from another computer, if it comes to that ? Anyway my regards to you and the clan and good to hear from you :-)

all you need to do is (once you reinstall) go to the properties of the game itself then local files and delete the "Savegame" folder in there. then launch the game and it should hopefully sort you out. Regarding the kicking, no you are still there, everyine is aware of your issue, the only gripe I have is that the player selected to run it is useless. ehvan....doesnt chat, needs instructed to kick deadbeats. So....hopefully you get back in ASAP.... the clan needs proper direction. I am powerless to help being a non leader/officer... see ya later buddy!

I went to properties and to local files but cant find one that says saved game, is there another name file

you need to press browse local files once in the local files tab and then you will see a list of the game files on your Drive C, there will be a file that says SaveGame followed by a series of numbers...that is the folder you need to delete (only once you have reinstalled the game) then it will hopefully connect you to the correct data centre.

Hey Bud, I know I am in the right place but there is no file or folder with SaveGame on it. there is a bunch of other files relating to SF and Steam but no SaveGame. I know ehvanwyk must be the most awesome leader, he has been there as long as me and I think he may have said about 6 words all that time :-) not that it matters if you are a soldier but a leader needs to comunicate with the troops. If all else fails I will get another computer just for playing SF..hang in there, I will be back!

I have files that say CommonRedist...data and document..those are all in folders but nothing that saye SaveGame ???

if you dont have a savegame folder when you go through those steps then that means there is no current game version saved on your pc. When you got the new pc, did you manage to access the game at all? Maybe it's worth trying to access the game then do the reinstall and hopefully the folder will appear there?

Storm..i've the same problem here.after upgrade my OS from Win8 to Win10 64bit.have tried your tips.First i uninstall and reinstall.Look for the SaveGame folder, didn't found it. Played first the game; that time i can get in, for a few minutes. Then i exited. When back to find the folder; there it is. Deleted it as you said. tried to get back in game..frustrated..still can't! Did I missed anything? Or maybe there are other issues that preventing me entering the game?
