Hi! I like the game; it is very eerie & satisfying. ( but tough )

In Chapter 1 level 2, I think I got all the candles but there is a box blocking my way to the exit??? Also: any tips or tricks that may help along the way? THANK YOU!

I try not to give direct answers to questions regarding how to pass a specific level, or how to get every candle - as I feel figuring this out is a major part of the fun of Candleman. As for tips, one that I try to remember is that the wax you leave on the floor stays there after you die - and can be used to help remind you of safe spots on your next attempt, allowing you to conserve precious flame time!
