What's the point of separating dino food into different categories?
I know certain foods are more "suitable" for certain size dinosaurs, but catering to them also seems to not have any real added benefit. The default meat and plants are loved by all of them. I guess the specialized food is a little cheaper, but money is very easy to earn in this game.

Are there any real benefits to the different kinds of food?

Oh I see, so there are extra benefits to this! That's actually good to know.

I figured it was just a money thing... lol... it was good enough a % for me to make sure the correct size dino had the correct food at the best price...

@Illiterate Scholar... while yeah, money is easy to get in this game... I find a LOT of fun challenging myself to see how insanely crazy a park I can get in xyz time... can I get 2 epic dinos in less than 30 days game time on standard play??? cause I'm close... lol...

Anyone can just build a steggy exhibit and fast forward until you have a pile of money to do whatever you want... I enjoy trying to maximize each day... :)

How did you get the veterinarian to use the better plants? I have them in my inventory but get the warning there is no food and the vet isn't distributing them
