Ability to "Pausing" the first slot of production line
Hi all
First of, I like the game and have fun with it, and do not regret buying it directly from the dev's site :steamhappy:

Just a thought (and maybe a question for others, if they feel the same)

I do sometimes want to rework a part of my production line, and I find very annoying you can's pause the production line (not pause the game ofc) so I can still have cars that are in the pipe to continue through the line, while I could either create a gap to be able to break and redo the part I want.

Or let's say I built 3 production lines, 1 for really basic and cheap, 1 for higher end, and 1 for usual, and imagine I end up with too many of the high end line...
There is currently no way (or am I missing something ?) to stop a production line without simply breaking a conveyor slot or demolishing the first axle slot.

So as I feel cheating by doing that, I still can very much force it that way...
So why not put that option for the player to "simply" (I know nothing is simple with coding lol) pause the first slot of production, exactly where you set up you production order for medels ?

Or why do we have to HAVE a car at all time in the production order ? why not give us the ability to also erase that one remaining car in the ordering ?

Or even better a stop button on any line production slot ? so we can stop the line wherever we want without doing the very much unreal "break a conveyor" trick to do it anyway ?

Sorry if it has been requested already (actually it has been, but never has it been answered, nor acknowledged it has been seen in a quick search here on Steam)

For the sake of the difficulty I would rather we sell factories which has also been requested by myself and a few others.

Anyways to do the things you are talkin about just hit the pause button.

You missed the point, I don't want to pause the game... I want to create a GAP or simply kill a line for a certain amount of time.
That's why I said

I pause the game anyway, but it doesn't serve what I was aiming at, by opening this topic
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

Sorry Bon.

I am understanding you better now when you said kill a line as opposed to THE line.

Yea as Vorst said Cliff has this one in mind already because I completely agree with you. Apologies for being a dopey git did not mean to frustrate you with stupid response.

Some people are asking questions on a very different level just now and I failed to apprecaite which one you are on.

My apologies.
