quality check : next slot not found.

I started a new game after not playing for a long time.
I built the basic production slot in menu order and the quality check say next slot not found. my next slot is the exporter. am i missing something ?

i have :
chassis assemble
fit body
paint
fit engine
fit accessories
fit electronics
quality check
export

i added a 2nd quality check. cars move to the second and get stuck again

I can only offer simple guesses: maybe, some conveyor problem between QA and export? Or, maybe, export facility isn't put into a wall slot properly?

it was a broken conveyor angle. problem solved <3
