Report a translation problem
all steam games can be played on oculus (except the Vive ones only) using keyboard and mouse and rift for display.
Some steam games can be made to look like VR using programs like VorpX.
Problem with Vive-only games is the controllers. The calibration is different and there is usually no remapping for them.
Sometimes you get lucky and they will work anyway. Depends on how the controls are interpreted.
Waiting for OP to test the game with Rift. Otherwise I'll download the demo and try myself and give feedback when Im off work.
