Unfortunately, "Ghost in the Shell: The Laughing Man: and "Ghost in the Shell: The Individual Eleven" are subpar compilations of 13 hour seasons of the show. If you are able, track down and enjoy Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex instead.
