Most Boring Trailer?

Seriously is this the entire Laughing Man series and the clip to sell it to new people is an old man having a boring conversation to two people who look even more bored and disinterested (one barely waking up to discuss murder)? I'm new to video on steam so maybe I am not understanding something. I mean they talk a lot in the series and it's all super deep and philosophical but this might be the single most boring scene in the entire series.

Does this even have any new features over previous almost-ancient releases? Seems like an extremely lackluster and low-effort cash grab, perhaps the entire marketing department had the day off and an intern set these up. At least add the GitS intro, or clip of the Laughing Man in action, or a Tachikoma doing something cute with no subtitles.
