what is earn 2 die?

ok so im wondering if the two blimps mean something outside the game, the ones that say "earn 2 die" and "ember and sun"

i suspect it has something to do with toffee games (of which i never heard of before and have yet to check out) who had the $1000 in the kickstarter and that tier does say have your face in the game.

are they both games, are they any good? some details please

Earn 2 die is an absolute classic Notdoppler game. I remember grinding it on my little notebook laptop years ago
