it took me 13 days to reach 4 million space without ever using any stages.
its possible i could have used a more efficient route, how fast can YOU reach 4 million space without any stages?
no super suit or big bird body's

found a harder alternative challenge, making 4 million using only the dodo body, took me 28 days

going to presume jetpack and escape pod and any other bodoes which have fuel are also banned for same reason as super suit/big bird. Was about to post 5 days completion but that was using big bird as i missed out that rule first time round lol.

Managed it in 11 days. This is my first attempt at the challenge, so a lot of inefficiency's, could possibly get it as low as 9 days. I spent ~3 days at 250k, which made some money, but 90% sure i just needed to change launcher.

Also note, the vast majority of my bonus shop is maxed out. One of the key ones which isn't is booster fuel.

Where was your screenshot?
Curious to what you used as i very much doubt we used the same route.

Had another go, remembered how to activate fast forward which helps a lot.
Normal: 10 days.

Dodo: 12 days. (although dodo was used at day 2 onwards. Normal penguin was used day 1)

No joking and no buffs were used in this run. If i could use buffs also, I suspect i could halve both of those. (dodo ~6-7 days, normal ~5-6 days).

I'll let you have another go at both, i highly recommend you use fast forward and get yourself some more BP, each 4 mill run should take ~3-5 minutes with fast forward enabled.

Also bear in mind that both of these runs were with fast forward on the entire time, this means my ability to direct where I want to go is SEVERELY limited and you'll see a specific item being used in my dodo runs to help counteract this.

thanks for particpating, i knew big bird and super suit could easily be used to complete as they seem to be meant to be able to be used without stages, i wasnt sure about banning the other fuel body's as i dont think they were meant to be used by themselves without stages.

i just uploaded my screenshots, but i dont know how to post them here, kudo on the dodo one, i guess i was way off on my dodo route.
i dont know if you did the dodo without stages or not as i didnt meant make that one to be without stages.

It's literally a case of copy and pasting, if you select a screenshot, there should be a link in the bar which comes up. copy and paste it into notepad and then copy and paste out of notepad into discussion.

Here's your screens, looks to me that I am WAY WAY ahead of you for BP, as i suspect with that lot i'd potentially hit the top of the world. I might do it for show. If that's the case and I'm way ahead, your first challenge speed is very impressive and i might have to try harder :P

ok, he passed me the code and it's like 1500 sardines which equates to something like 30000 BP, this was enough to max out everything to do with speed.

with no speedifiers/boosts etc
i'm making
Normal no stage run: 6 days (and this was done easy, woulda hit like 6k height)
Dodo no stage run: 8 days


Give it a try guys. 1500 sardines is a crazy amount. I'm not expecting my speeds to be beaten as i'm using "maxed out".
In terms of the normal game:
I just got 1 million height completion on day 2. 4 million day 3. classic: day 2.

I accept The dodo Challenge. But I didn'y upgrade the bonus shop at the maximum (restarted the game 1 week ago ;)) So it will be hard.

Finished in only 10 days

First I bought the slingshot luncher to gain cash the 1st 2 days in the way to buy the first boost.
Then I bought the first boost then the 2 first stages an boosts with a brand new launcher.

erm, if you read the title and post 1. the idea was to NOT USE STAGES. this means bodies launchers and boosters only. For the dodo challenge, at day 2 use dodo body (i suggest day 1 use nothing, upto you really. idea is either nothing or dodo)
also note there is an additional rule to not use super suit/bird body, as these do not use stages anyway.

so to clarify, the area directly beneath your launcher should be empty.

As an example, this is day 8 for my Dodo challenge:

As you can see, there are no stages being used.

I suggest heavily upgrading the launchers in the bonus shop and just basically using launchers only for the first 10 days. Adding a propellor will increase your income as it increases the amount of time you spend in the air.



This challenge should not take you any longer than 30 mins to actually do properly especially if you focus on launchers.

Done it without the stages in 11 days

Then I bought the steamShot which and I baught the F1 BELL NOZZLE which were more interesting at this part of the game.

I finaly bought the orbital canon Which is the best launcher under 5 millions and I switch a Bell nozzle into a fins to improve my speed which will improve my launcher top altitude.

That's pretty fast! Interesting choices on the launcher/boosters too, not the route i went ;). Anyway, that's defo a success on the challenge. I would be interested how quickly you do it when you're able to use any of the other bodies (no super suit/bird body!), i cut 2 days off of my time, i would guess you'd manage it in 8 days.
