Game goes into the corner.
Whenever I launch the game, it goes into the corner and a quarter of it gets cut off. I can't change it from fullscreen mode in the settings, and there doesn't seem to be any way to move it. There's no close or fullscreen buttons in the corner, and it has no border, so I have no idea how to fix it...
Edit: was able to get it into the middle of the screen by minimizing the loading thing before the game, however this made the game think my cursor was way aways from where it actually was, making it impossible to play. This really needs to be fixed for me to be able to play this.......

To those having issues, what resolutions are you running and are you all using multiple monitors? I have a feeling it might be the game getting the resolution of one monitor but running it on another.

That or maybe funky resolutions are messing things up.

Or you know... Adobe Air doing what it does best...

i have 2 monitors both same res. 1920x1080.
On first launch game is off bottom of screen.
I tried relaunching, i tried the -fullscreen properites tag. nothing works. going to uninstall now gl fixing the game.

thanks to @funrun6 for the solution.
I think this only appears for Windows 10 users so I put it here again:

1.Right Click "Learn to Fly 3" in your Steam Library -> go to properties
2.Go on the Tab "Local files" -> Hit "Browse local files" -> "X:\...\Steam\steamapps\common\Learn to Fly 3" opens
3.Right Click "Learn to Fly 3.exe" -> Click properties -> Compatibility
4.Click on the first checkbox so you can Select underneath: "Windows 8".

now for experts:
tl;dr
Set Compatibility for the game to Win8

@Luna, ya I just found out a friend of mine is using win7 and he had the same problem
NEW FIX:
Just hit the automatic Compatibility and then it will work

Did that, game works now. However, it's incredibly slow, it takes nearly 6 minutes to launch (instead of the ~10 seconds it took when it was broken) and the cursor is still slightly off where it should be.

Hmm, try to set your options right.
Effects, Clouds and particles off that helped for me
It runs with Adobe Air, thats why it's so slow, look on my profile for my setup, I don't even get 60fps in this game...

Yeah. I turned all those off, but a new issue has arisen. I beat the game (Using a fun setup that bassically just launches me to space instantly) and now I'm trying out classic mode. It was hard to tell where I was, so I took the games advice and made a custom gui that tracks distance. However, as soon as I set that gui, the game lags horrendously whenever I steer my penguin (which in classic mode, as you can imagine, is game breaking). I tried restarting the game, but it's still laggy. It's only like this while using that profile, so something to do with the gui caused the issue, I would imagine.

Having this issue, too. Two screens, different resolutions. Not even an option setting ingame to change to windowed mode or anything, which is a strange choice.
I sometimes have to restart the game like four times before it figures it out. Also, can't redeem any codes because the prompt goes below even the screen that I have.

I got 2 monitors myself and I don't have a problem with a custom GUI, here's a screenshot of mine:

I was using the digital distance and that's it. It was lagging so much whenever I steered, restarting seemed to fix it, however I haven't tried using the custom GUI again.

2 monitors here to one is the laptop monitor the other is a regular monitor. The game loads up in the lower corner of the laptop and partly on the other monitor. My advice to the game devs is make the game have a launcher that lets you select fullscreen or window mode.

I don't have the game but alt-enter works in most games to toggle between fullscreen and windowed. Worth a shot anyway.
