In the loadout screen where you can change your ship, theres a chance a penguin will pop up on one of the sides. Upon clicking it, a video will launch on YouTube of a Penguin Interview. You can't get the same one, and after all 4 they will give you 10 bonus points instead.

Actually the baby penguin can popup in every shop screen but you need to pass certain amount of days. The more days you played since the last baby penguin appeared the more likely you get another one.
