[Spoilers] So who was this guy?
Gost, he just comes in, gives us the 2 drinks and is not seen or mentioned afterwards. Akara seems to not notice him until he's right outside the bar, why? Am I missing something or was it just not told in the story?

I tried searching his name, and he's a music artist, he even has an album names non paradisi which is one of his moods, is there some hidden meaning here?

Cameo. Period.

The track that plays when you meet him is 'Occult Synth.' lore-wise, he's probably invisible to the cameras robo-bae uses

They could have made the character a lot more interesting with lore, if it actually is just a cameo

Yeah but why? I wanted to know the secret behind why he wasn't being detected, how he gets the job done in under 24hrs, how he got the 2 drinks in an hour whereas Donovan couldn't get it for years.

I thought it was a cameo too, but he had a reasonable number of lines and screen time, including two scenes plus the puzzle sequence. As I recall, the conversation referred to death and immortals as if there was some kind of technology which linked to the underworld, and there was the line about how Donovan would join him soon enough. But perhaps this was all in-jokes relating to the musician... I never heard of him.

The reason Akara doesn't pick up on GosT until he's right outside the bar is because he's an actual demon. In real life his music persona is Baal-Berith, a duke of hell, returning to earth to spread sick jams. All that talk about the underworld wasn't an act.

This guy has some interesting analysis that echoes the above ideas:
