Blocked in the office

Hey guys,
I reached the office part managed to complete the profile of Radhika but I cannot proceed further. Weird thing I cannot even access dr Edgar profile even though I have the complete password (game keeps saying that I have to figure it out). I literally try to make everybody talk with everybody on the phone but there is no new conversation. I have the voice of everybody apart from Francis, Edgar and the HR girl.
Bug?

i think all you need to do is manually type in edgar's password into the phone, as if you're calling someone. it should register with the computer if you do it right. i can't remember the number sequence off the top of my head but if you know both pieces you should be good to go!

Yeah, I thought this was a minor design oversight, as not every country uses letters on landline phones (EG we have no use for them in the UK), so not everyone's going to know what's expected of them here.

What you have to do is press the relevant number button for each letter you want, so if you wanted ABC, which are under the 2 key, you'd just press 2. If you wanted M, N or O, you'd press 6. You only need to press it once for each letter, you don't need to press 2 three times to get C and so on.

For example, if you want to type JManux, you would enter 562689.

Its not the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ numbers we would use to text! Its like numbers on a 90’s TV ad. You only press it once. This is important and annoying addition.

Thank you so much! The design is even more bothering, because I use Chinese I only get to know the translated name 丹尼尔 instead of getting the spelling DANIEL. I thought it would be automatically added to options just like everything else in the game. Finally I can resume.
