I cant answer your swaybar problem because i just use what ever is stock but i know that if you want to lift your car buy narnoo suspension for your vehicle.

swaybar size tells how stiff is it. bigger the number harder the bar. It main purpose is to keep the wheels on ground when the body tilt and avoid roll over. If you remove them you can easily roll over a car with the help of some speed.
- use harder swaybar on front if you want more oversteering effect
- use harder on back ( or lighter on front) if you want more understeer effect (making the rear of the car more stiff, easier to slide but better in corner speed)

In general stronger swaybar will make your car stiffer in corners, it will make it slip easier but it will maintain more speed in corners (faster).

Suspension right hight can be increased only with replacing the susp to another one. Check travel distance which will give you a hint about which one is lower or higher.
(this will change in future with introducing custom race suspension where you can tweak between a limit)

Put Narnoo hubs and control arms on your Walea. You're welcome.
