Highest revving engine?

I've yet to fully figure out how the turbo system works, but I'd like to know what the highest revving engine option is so I can test out some of the turbo options, considering big turbos work best with high revs. What's the best chassis for light weight now that removable beds are a thing? I'm coming back after about 4 months of inactivity on this game. One thing's for sure, though. Buying and scrapping wrecks is a lot more of a crapshoot now.

One thing I'd like to note is that engine horsepower is a really unreliable metric of deciding on if the engine can be salvaged. I'm seeing a ton of XGTV8 wrecks that make something like 290 HP but the engine's junked out, the ignition's bad, there's no sparks, to the point that the engine shouldn't run, and is a complete loss, wasting my money. It almost feels like a bug, to be honest.

Yeah that's the issue I'm having. They say they're making 290 horse but the engine's at 10% most of the time, meaning that I have to hope most of everything else is good to at least make my money back.
