Do superchargers do anything?
I am making a built euroa race car out of a hot pink panina, but the superchargers have me mystified. they don't have a percentage increase, but the Euroa II air filter gives a 3%(I believe) increase. So, my question is do they do anything to performance?

Im not sure what percentage increase but they add alot more than 3%

Jeez. I just bought a racing filter and a tower supercharger and tested both on my cargo truck (the vehicle I use to get stuff) and "stock" it makes 591HP, the racing filter gets it up to 620HP and the supercharger brings it up to 945HP, so I think the superchargers *might* be worth it.

i think the most ive had is about 1100hp dont forget to tune your ignition aswell

how does one tune ignition? because I do have the euroa II racing ignition, but can you actually tune it? also, my dedicated drag magura almost 1300. topped out at 1299 and it hurts.

are you using the euroa 2 XGTV8 or are you using the narnoo XGTV8?

are you using the euroa 2 XGTV8 or are you using the narnoo XGTV8?
Euroa 2. Racing sparks. Racing ignition, Euroa 2 carb, Supercharger tower, Euroa V8 drive belt and so on. Everything Euroa. If not Euroa, i used the vehicle brand that i was using.

Unless some specific brand small stuff have less power draw, or removing generator/drive belt increase power, or there's a better ignition timing that isn't right in the middle, using race oil i should get the highest possible power. Everything 100% and using sports exhaust, giving me 1199 HP.

In the garage, you have to start the engine and there's a tune ignition button on the bottom bar. Tunes the ignition timing.
Different cars sports exhausts have different multipliers, so you can only make the 1300hp in the car with the best sports exhaust (8% I think in the Buthanbang?)

Nice discussion guys! I just want to mention HP is not everything. Car handling, weight, aerodynamic, downforce, proper gears and tires all important, probably more then pure power! It is better to go small steps with HP, tune the drive train, tires, gears first. Once you think you have full control over the car and you like it, add a bit of more power again and rebalance what you need. Remember, racing requires a lot of testing
