Those are some low values for a large engine.. I believe you have to refill the coolant when you change out the engine... I know you have to add oil when you repopulate an engine of it's parts [ Specially the oil filter, etc] Oh and i think you can fire up the engine without a drive belt and that means no cooling system... so that's about all I can think of (along with the other posts before me)

Motor can only blow up if it gets too hot, which could be caused by inefficient cooling, rather it is missing coolant or bad/ missing oil or broken/missing cooling system like radiator, fan... stronger motor will need more too cooling factors, so that could also be an issue.
When it happens very quickly, like within few sec, it is most likely missing coolant/oil. When it gets blow-up only when you are pushing it on high rpm, especially without moving (so no air flows through your radiator), then it is most likely wrong cooling system (some parts are broken or inefficient)
