mod support?

Wondering if there are any plans for mod support, so things like new cars and engines and such can be added in? i kinda dug threw the roadmap but did not see much so thought i would ask here.

As regular mod's: No
As adding parts, cars, missions, etc: Yes

When? Not sure

First, we want to get the base done and we are trimming the game based on our player's feedbacks. Many things in our roadmaps delayed or re-prioritised because of our player's wish list. We also prefer a way to do this within the game itself or in a way that it would be not limited to steam's workshop or other store's features.
