Scene bug, can't go forward to carry on, please help.

As you can see in the screenshot i've found all the tiles for the picture although its saying i need still find them, and its not opening up to reveal the chest, its sort of frozen i can still move mouse pointer and go back out of the "H O" scene, but theres no point carrying on until i can do this part. thanks very much for any help.

Is it early in the game? halfway or at the end? i just started the game so i don't know if the same will happen to me .
Do you think some objects are lying beyond the clickable zone?
Sometimes they name objects 'wrongly' and ask lets say for a stone but mean a boulder i read that many times in error reports while googling for solutions.

otherwise you might get videos of demo version which is not complete.

so if he/she can finish the game then there must be a way to finish it.

I havent started yet so i dont know if i will get the same problem, but until now the games run okay : i use good old win7

You play the matching pairs game at the bottom right of the screen to get around the bug. The achievement for completing all HO games without skipping didn't pop for us during the main game, but it did after playing the first one in the bonus story, so you won't miss the achievement either.

Artifex hasn't been on lately ... last game released is almost 1 year ago , so they may have found another platform to release the games as well ....

Thank you. I decided to come back to the game, and I was going to start over. I saw your comment and swapped to the Pairs game. I did get the achievement doing the bonus chapter. Thank you, again.
