Stabbing nugget.

Okay so if you are doing the teachers quest line and you manage to get bugg's knife by lunch there is a prompt to stab nugget.
Doing this results in nugget having a knife in his head and his speech bubble face getting screwed up and despite being stabbed he acts as if nothing has happened.

Is this cut content they forgot to completely scrap.

You have to start the teachers quest do it normally all the way to class period.
take buggs knife from the cubby and continue doing what the teacher says.
Once you get to lunch time nugget will ask you to poisen buggs.
After you finish talking to nugget talk to him again and the prompt to stab him should come up.

Also there's a video of a guy who got the prompt he was doing a tutorial on how to stab buggs when he found it.
