I have another question...

Of all 7(10 if you consider the 2 alternates for Cindy's ending and leaving without any major ending being achieved as a ending.) endings,what one is canon?

Prolly the monstermon card one imo. You, Nugget, Lily and Billy survive that one, so if the sequel would be related to the first Kindergarten that's probably the best place to start it at.

Only Nugget and the main character survived. We sent Lily to the principal's office where the principal probably shot her (Just like in the teacher quest) and Billy, well... Spoilers: He's stuck in the secret lab because we didn't save him, he's still alive as a monster but stuck without chances of escaping unless the principal decided to free him but since he got killed in the ending...

Actually the player frees Billy rather than the principal, so the principal's death does not affect whether Billy could be saved or not. As for Lily, it's anyone's guess to whether she even made it to the principal's office from the playground before the event triggered. She definitely wasn't killed by it, though.

The main character frees Billy in Lily's quest but not in Nugget's

/Talisman quest and since the main character is with Nugget the entire day he didn't have the time to free him during the day or after the events, the other person being able to free him would be the principal but we know what happened to him.
And for Lily, there are two options of what happened to her.
-She went to the principal office right away after exploding the statue and then she was killed (which is most likely because the same thing happened to her in Nugget's quest).
-Or like you said, she probably didn't made it to the office and managed to survive. (But its somewhat odd that she didn't appear again after everyone got killed)

I know it has been a year and a half since this started, but that is not the canon ending to the game. If you have seen the Game Theory Live (GTLive) then you saw the demo where certain characters are around. We see Monty in the wheelchair after Monty corrected his "Biscut." We see, Cindy claiming you have dated on Monday, Jerome Sad (Most Likely because his dad was dead. We never saw or heard anything), Buggs just fine, Nugget Making a New Cave, The Janitor, Murderous as Always, and The teacher hungover after the Pills from the Principal. No Lily, Billy, Principal, or Lunch Lady. (We see the hall monitor as well)
