Kindergarten on the mac

So i got this on the mac after I played it on windows and tried to open it and all that happened is a black screen and the theme music. I opened it later and found it working shut it off and opened it again and got the black screen with music. Can someone help me or has anyone else had this problem?

Try installing the latest Mac update. That seems to be the common fix for this problem.

Tried It straight after the update and it flickered to the protaginist in his room but then went back to the black screen of death...
I tried it a second time and I got monday on the screen with it freezing
A third and a fainter one (freezing again)
A forth and black again

Follow these steps. It'll help me figure out what is wrong.

Go to the directory where your games are installed and go to

steamapps\common\Kindergarten\Kindergarten_Data

There is a txt file there called "output_log."

Attach that file to an email and send it to [e-mail].

Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. It got burried in the mess of bug reports over the last couple days. Are you still having problems after the most recent updates?

Alas, I appear to be having the same problem, or at least something similar. I am getting this both on the regular version and on the current `-macbuild` beta branch.

I start the game, I see "Monday" in yellow text, the music starts playing, and then everything starts getting stuck and I can't do anything. I once got it to progress past that screen and into the instruction sequence, but then the same thing happened after a few seconds. I do not have any logs in my steamapps\common\etc... folder.

I just updated my Mac software so I'm about to see if it will work then but I doubt it.

It WORKS i Dont Know What You DId but it Works now MAybe its just that I was on a earlier software or maybe it was the new update But it's Fixed. Thank you For being really supportive and helping me work through this. thanks alot THEEPICPEEP
