There are 3 download options. "vcredist_arm" is meant for ARM devices. Which you most likely won't have. You have either an AMD CPU or an Intel CPU in your PC. If you have a 64x bit operating system then download and install the 64x version. If you have a 32x bit operating system then download and try to installl the 86x version. Depending on your operating system VC++ 2013 may already come pre-installed. Windows 10 should already have it. Windows 8 also should have it. Windows 7 doesn't come with it and it has to be installed by the user. But it doesn't hurt to install it either way. If it is already installed on your PC then the setup will notify you of that.
