ok I am using a steam deck to play this game and thought hey why not play this game on the docking station of said steam deck but yet for some reason this game is super blurry, I turned graphics to max and motion blur off but still nothing, any like commands or something?

"Blurry" generally means "bad scaling". You always need to run games in the native resolution of whatever your display is -- since you're saying "docking station", I assume it's now connected to a monitor, which has a different resolution than the Steam Deck itself.

well actually still the same resolution, although RE4 remake is not blurry

It's blurry just the same, you just don't notice it as much: "realistic" graphics is much easier to scale because it doesn't have those sharp, crispy edges all over the image. Also, it's probably overall dark-ish anyway, while better-looking games like this one have a much more colorful palette spread over the entire spectrum.

I have not tested my other games yet but is there to get rid of or at least minimise the blurryness?

Yep mainly this one, in broadleaf it's even worse, on console this game has better graphics but not on here, so fuzzy and messy

Go to game settings and set your resolution higher. Not graphics settings but resolution.
