I just bought the season pass on ps4 but my question is...where is this dlc? how do you even start it?

There should be two NPCs right outside of the Evermore castle with a quest. Once you accept their quest, you'll be directed to kill a boss outside of the new dunegon in the Rubbly Ruins.
