Dark Cloud 1 & 2 PC ports when?

This game is good and all but I can't get the Dark Cloud games to run decent on emulator. When can we get those games on Steam? Honestly I think in today's market they can revive the series and rival FInal Fantasy. This game takes a lot of good features especially from Dark Cloud 2 but the kingdom building feels limited. And armor/weapons feel generic here.

Dark Cloud works great, and easily, on PCSX 2. Unless you are using a potato to play them on. You just need to set them up correctly.

Dark Cloud was published by Sony so I think they most likely still hold the licencing for it. You can play Dark Cloud 1 and 2 HD on PS3 onward already but only in North America I believe which is a real shame unless they have changed it recently

Dark Cloud, at least the NA and EU versions, had a bug in the final dungeon, where you couldn't access the back rooms, due to the drop table in chests omitting the item.
NA and EU got the Demon Shaft in return.
There is a patched version of the game that drops the Flapping Duster item, in exchange of the final dungeon maps to not drop.

Meanwhile 2/Chronicle had a bug where if you advance the Georama too far without claiming items, those items were gone for good; some of those yielded the max HP increasing items.

Yep. Which is why they're perfect contenders for remaster.
Also the fact that ridepod's max capacity is just too small to equip all best in slot attachments.

Playing both of these on ps5.

If they add dark cloud to pc or ever did a remake or remaster someone please patch the flapping duster into the chest loot table. Or make it buyable.
