questions about charging skills and zing skills

i am trying to figure out something

using a skill (by skills i mean anything from skills tab under equipment and skills) with 100% zing changes the skill and adds more damage.

but what about charging those skills with enough higgledies? does it just increase its power number? it doesnt change the skills as i've observed.

another question: are spells different that skills? do we call the stuff we purchase from evermore spells? others skills? cuz these confuse me. but i'll just call everything "skill"

last question: so can i use 100% zing and enough higgledies to double boost a skill?

i dont know about the charging and the zing. i didnt focus on it and i dont care about the higgldies

as for the spells which are sold in evermore you need them all. you will use the rejuvenate spell to fix ruined temples, you will use spring lock spell to open blue chests, you will use the spirit medium spell to talk to ghosts... these spells are used outside battle. when you are in front of something\someone and you can cast a spell then an icon will show
