Bug with quest 82 (Flappy)
Even though I finished the 82th quest and have all of the citizens Flappy is missing from the list of the killed monsters.

Is this a bug, or am I missing something because I found no solution on this so far.

Because i have the same problem.

Unfortunately not. The only solution I can think of is to reload previous save or start a new game. I also tried to search for a cheat to mark it killed, I know that I shouldn't but I was desperate.
