Faraway Forest Cave Items....
Im searching for the high end items but how to find them? Sure they lie around the dungeons but do I need a certain strage? I did 20 stages and looted everything without finding any item -.-

Define "high end items." I was finding top crafting mats at cave lvl 1 even. I suspect the best gear in the game will be the things you craft with max research.

Random drop. Clear dungeons 5 times and still dont find 3 rare items for craft =/
From blue chests i loted a legendary bow and pistol

I wouldnt grind for items... you guys will be disappointed. If you want some better stuff.. use your kingdom. Doin dreamgates for stuff is.. meh.

Thats right. But after the ending I was glad that I didn't grind everything done. There is just nothing which requires all that. I hope the dlc will make the kingdom and the items more important.. as it is now you can beat all content with the beginner stuff. Its the biggest letdown in the game besides the lack of voice acting and cutscenes.

I mean... if there is no difference if I'm lvl 60 or 40 at the endboss fight .. something feels wrong.

Okay seems like I dont need these items anymore. Thought I need the EQ for the boss but beat him with 20 levels difference ^^

To get the high level materials and loot , you have to be at least at danger level 4 (danger 5 seems to be best) (well pretty sure thats how I got it to work at any floor) . Thats how I got to loot all the materials for the lvl 9 armor/accessories/weapons and clothes quest


EDIT : OK , I really started to get the greatest materials at lvl 22 (danger 5)

I pretty much rush to room 21 and start farming from there. I have yet to test if Danger Level affects the rarity of the items on the ground

Try to beat additional tainted bosses then. I hate this 78lvl fairy so I'll probably need to grind some more in the forest.

And I feel like danger lvl increases rare drops. First time I went there keeping danger at 1-2 and killed the boss. I got almost none of the rarest stuff. But next time keeping danger at 3-4 I had much more rare components. Still not enough for best stuff though.

I also found out that Minotaur level 60 something I believe it was had some sort of really good purple sword that had more dmg than anything I ever had before

Snake dude?

Anyway, Horraura isn't as bad as I thought at first. It's just that you can't spam buttons like with other bosses and she is quite sturdy.

EDIT: Back to topic, I guess the best way to get the items is indeed rushing to 21 as soon as possible and start farming everything from there. I tried leaving my Danger Level at 5 and got crap at lower floors
