btw, the dragons seems weak against holy so less dmg for other monster types but still strong burst and synergy

May be late to this discussion, although I would like to add that the synergy does seem to speed up how fast you can use the higgledys and how hard they hit.

I was trying to complete the first tainted monster on extreme at level 34 and was still having a bit of difficulty. I simply changed 2 of my higgledys so the synergy was perfect (shy, outgoing, careless, careful) and I absolutely rolled through them. The higgeldy i put on was only a basic one i found and he was only level 1 with 1 follower. I leveled him up to 4 so he wasn't too weak, although he still only had one follower, but it definitely done the trick.
