Is this a late game item you can make? Or is there a Vendor/Place to get it?

It is a randomly dropped "cursed" item. Like, for example, a "stinky silk shoes". You can wear them.

Anywhere normal items can drop, I believe. I had 3 shoes cursed with that by the time I got that quest.

Damn, I never got one yet. I ahve beat the game, Maybe I sold one I didn't have the quest until about 20 minutes ago. hope it doesn't take to long to find one, Maybe someone on steam has more info.

Dem stinks... after like 40 runs? popped mine out of a red chest. Basically ran to all chest,(blues can drop too, skipped most tho). If the wrong npc or no dog, skip the floor. Had to turn off all equipment rarity, and set the difficulty to normal.

Difficulty settings does not really matter. In my opinion at least.

I got mine from the first dream door in ~2 hours at most. Just go in, open every chest and retry if no luck. Those chest are always random. Even with maxed out town is possible to get low rated item there, just takes a bit longer.

stinking shoes count too,, i finnaly got a pair in the 10th dreamer door at level 71 from a chest with all possable reach done before post game.
