Game constantly crashes, any tips?
The first 2 hours really no issues but then it started that i get contant crashes every 10 minutes. anyone has similar issues and has tips what I could do? my pc speccs should be fine to run this game and so far I don´t have issues with other games. Any help would be appreciated. Currently saving every 2 minutes is annoying especially since I haven´t found any quick save option yet. If there is one please let me know. :/

I've crashed twice in the first 40 minutes of playing, both times has been while I'm in the menus looking at items.

Setting the game to either borderless windowed/windowed seems to fix it. Hopefully the problem gets fixed, cause the temp. fix has an input lag trade off

borderless windows + unlimited framerates, I was crashing every 10 min after netering my first open space map (near Auntie cottage), setting this allowed me to get as far as 1 hour deep into the game. Hope this will at least help you work your way through

/EDIT: It only took me updating the nVidia Drivers by downloading the official ones and installing them after clean removal. Been running game very long time, no crashes. Just left Borderless windows and unlimited FPS to make sure :EDIT/

i just had an issue with the game crashing my whole computer. After troubleshooting i found that the ps4 steam controller support conflicts with the built in controller support in the game. After turning ps4 controller support off in steam the game no longer gives me issues. I also noticed that when i use my xbox one controller the game plays fine. This is what was happening for me

Some people prefer setting it to full screen most of the time, not sure if that'll work for you

Setting it to borderless window with same resolution as the Desktop provides same experience as fullscreen.
