Upgradeing pre-order weapons?

Can you upgrade all the pre-order weapons like the cat king claw so they're relevant/on par with end game loot? I don't want to waste resources if it's not possible.

I can't say for 100% certain, but I highly doubt you can. They cap out at what, 65ish attack power? I'm not even @ endgame yet and I've found weapons with 290ish attack.

That sucks 😢 they're some of the most aesthetically pleasing weapons in the game so far. Wanted to keep using them.

You can still use them. You can kill the most powerful boss in the game with the first weapon you get, it just makes it a bit longer.
