Q: All 100 Before end game?
Was just wondering if it was possible get all 100 recruits to get T4 Kingdom before ending the game?

Probably, but some items are pretty rare from map drops and would be much faster to just get to Lv4.

I just started chapter 9 and have 93/103

No, it is not possible. Certain characters are accessible ONLY in the end game. I know, I tried to do the same

Possible reason - they keep it for DLC to expand further the upgraded kingdom. So I guess we'd better keep our save files. Even post game costumes give you spoiler of what to expect in DLCs :)

Oh so after you beat the game you can only recruit the left overs? Cause i'm at 96/100 atm and like no quests at all right now except for the main quest dealing with the battle plan

Yes, you can upgrade to lvl 4 kingdom but only after you finish the main story. Not before. You can't do it until you complete main story as it's requires to recruit 4 missing citizens. And you can get them post game only :) It makes me think maybe we'll be able to transfer lvl 4 Kingdom to expansion. Overwise, what's the purpose of it?

T4 Kingdom is possible right now - but only accessible after finishing main story. When you finish the story you will still have some stuff to do, so it is not definitive "the game ends here". There will be some new quests, upgrades and citizens. I would say 5-10h more and 10-20h more if you want to complete everything

Dang, pretty crazy how there's that much post game stuff already I already have all maxed out buildings, and basically all research done before T4 kingdom so I'm putting all the workers in productive areas for now till I get to the point of getting T4 Kingdom then.

That means you only have 90 citizens then. Evan, Roland and Lofty dont count.

Hi guys i try secret maze door on right from island on small island this monsters have lv 100 120 maybe this is too hard wave 20-more try beat this and i have question is possible missed a citizens with questions after chapters or stay in next?

Yeah i'm at 96 citizens now and at the quest for the war planning right now, someone told me the only way to get the extra 4 is after you finished the game

Yup the last 4 characters are only avaiable after you FINISHED chapter 9.

I have all 100. As others have said, you won't have it until after Chapter 9 (they'll show up on the Leafbook). There are about 11 more "bosses" after the last boss but you need to complete all 50 tainted monsters and the 9 dreamer doors to unlock them.

I don't get this.

When I finished the game I saw some cut scenes and then jump again back to the beginning of the last fight. Did I messed something up?
