Doloran kingmaker may not be completly lost if he can rebuild his kingdom like he is set up to do.
About the final dungeon at this point i would have been happy whith everyting except another dreamer maze.
I will say if you mull over some of the minor NPC lines in Timeless Tome, you can glean a fair amount of extra info from them (for example, who knew that Alisandra likely killed/exiled/otherwise did something fairly dramatic to Doloran's immediate predecessor, possibly one of his parents, almost undoubtedly for a very, very good reason?), so go back and make sure you find and talk to EVERYONE in the relevant part of the DLC.
Edit: also, regarding some of the details you mentioned: her Cradle is in the space between spaces where the party fights the Horned One. It's one of the few structures in Allegoria that remained standing despite everything, including being sucked into another dimension. That dimension is arguably Alisandra's "interdimensional dimension thingy" (as Lofty calls it), her equivalent of the space where you've fought all the other kingmakers. Her Cradle and the chunk of Nazcaa it sits on are the only things left there after everything is said and done. . Alisandra's destination after the game is uncertain, but I think a case can be made for either A) the afterlife, or B) her Cradle. I think both are arguable, but the fact is that she's still around one way or another at the very end of the game, because Roland goes back home, and she's the only one capable of sending him there.
