Lenovo P50 running a fresh install of Windows 10. I've full updated the OS and doublechecked the drivers; both standard windows/video drivers as well as those from Lenovo System Update. While I work IT and have the ability to do any necessary tweaking, I haven't made any changes on this system (beyond the fresh installation yesterday).
Hmm... I suppose you can try checking your windows log or Event Viewer in this case to see if it gives you an appropriate error response. Also its worth looking to see if you have any compatibility flags on the .exe such as full screen optimization and testing the results. Are you able to run other games without issues?
Did you ever find a fix? This happened to me. This has been the first post I have seen that describes what happens.
Typical clueless comment. The frametiming is completely broken in this game, it runs like crap even with FPS in the triple digits. Doesn't matter how good the framerate is when the timing is all over the place.
