Also whether you have an HDR screen as this game has had issues with HDR after an update months ago that's never been resolved. Can try downloading from link provided if that's the case and perhaps it'll fix it for you. Otherwise do as listed.

same issue. the above doesn't work for me. i've been playing on a different computer until the install on this computer yesterday. It played fine yesterday for about 8 hours... today it comes up with a fully white screen, then closes without any errors. I noticed that the game center (windows+G) was starting to come up and thought it might have been related... so i've turned that off completely and restarted the computer... no fix.
Lenovo P50 running a fresh install of Windows 10. I've full updated the OS and doublechecked the drivers; both standard windows/video drivers as well as those from Lenovo System Update. While I work IT and have the ability to do any necessary tweaking, I haven't made any changes on this system (beyond the fresh installation yesterday).

Hmm... I suppose you can try checking your windows log or Event Viewer in this case to see if it gives you an appropriate error response. Also its worth looking to see if you have any compatibility flags on the .exe such as full screen optimization and testing the results. Are you able to run other games without issues?

Did you ever find a fix? This happened to me. This has been the first post I have seen that describes what happens.

@rweymers - nope. never found a fix for that laptop. I ended up getting my regular computer running and it loaded on that correctly. The best I can figure is that the P50 (even though it had more RAM and a higher graphics card than listed as required) was somehow incompatible.

It runs 4K flawlessly at a constant 60 fps on my setup. Its possible performance could be better optimized sure, but from where I'm standing its as good as it needs to be, that's just how PC gaming works. Either upgrade your components, or get a Playstation is my advice.

Typical clueless comment. The frametiming is completely broken in this game, it runs like crap even with FPS in the triple digits. Doesn't matter how good the framerate is when the timing is all over the place.

A factual comment is not a clueless one, this is a silly statement. Just because you have a potato experience does not mean everyone else does, its also worth mentioning I have 50+ hrs of experience over you.

Well that's crappy. It started the other day, I'm not what exactly wasn't plugged in to start, but then poof, back to a white screen and not responding. I am really bummed.
