Check if your headset has a mute button on the side.

The same thing has happened to me and I'm not a spammer . I was away from the game for a while and when I came back , all my controls were re set to default and though it tests fine in settings , my mike doesn't work in game.

Admittedly I do like to play music in mic but I don't think this is because people are muting me at all. The mic does not echo in game anymore because they changed the test mic settings so that you only hear it in the settings menu.

Same for me. Not a spammer either. It's been pissing me off the last couple of days, when I check the "test mic" in the settings only to be ignored while actually playing.

Just play in NA server. In EU server most don't speak english. Or they don't want to... French, German & Spanish

Oh. No. I figured out what happened since then. I got admin muted. I think it was by mistake because I don't really yell anything mute worthy. I'm waiting on an appeal now.
