how hard is this game for new players

Community is top notch, and the game mechanics are easy.

Learning commands however is a bit hard, but literally EVERYBODY can get used to it quickly

Easy to learn hard to master. With master I mean beeing good at shooting, melee, arty and commanding.
There are always trolls but overall the community is friendly and funny.

Not hard, if you don't take it too seriously. If you do, join some group. Expect a lot of derp.

Really easy to pick up and play :D The only tiny gripe I've had is the "hit and miss" shooting but we are talking about muskets lol thats just a situation where I/players just have to get good :)

- its not about getting good, its easy to compensate the bullet drop with a little practice, but its no use if only one of 7 bullets hit the center, 2 left 2 right and one entirely out of the crosshair so you miss people on 10 meters. atm the random spray is just rediculous high. it feels like pissing through a fan, especially when you compare rifleman with line infantary. thats why they are forbidden in many linebattle event.
-the advice to join a group is a really good one, adds a lot of fun.
-classes will get fixed i hope, too early to really complain about stuff like that, im
playing it for a week now and had fun most of the times
