The game wouldn't survive if ppl didn't play as intended. The memes are fun for about 5 minutes, then the people who do that stuff get bored and leave. And personally I don't miss a single one of them.

this game is a huge meme for public games, most games that is, either it be officer just memeing or mic spam, and honestly I dont mind it that much since it is funny for the most part. You have line battles which is a larpers wet dream and tbh they are kinda boring I went in one and they have soo many rules where its just not fun for me. *as in formation rules like no crouching and such*. But yes this game is a meme and its worth it

Hi, micspammer here. We do our part to try and keep the game fun, but our people are few in number now, and scattered. You don't have as many good RP officers nowadays and the pop has a high of 600-800 daily. I'd say buy it on sale cuz it's usually half off, but be aware that it's not a very popular game. Good luck, and aim higher

Honestly... the RPing officers yelling to charge or giving morale boost on public servers are the reason i play this game. Imo its so much fun and interesting rather than the monotone matches where people rarely talk and such... teamwork and the feel of a hectic battle where shouts are echoing everywhere and chaos all around you gave this game that sense of aura/characteristic so that people keeps on playing and having fun. The gunplay and war doctrine isn't what most people used to since they tend to play a much more faster paced games such as battlefield, cod, or csgo. But the fun players, a great community and also memes are also what makes a game attractive so that it attracts all kinds of players.

this is why vets gather on 1 side and you guys with your larping officer on the other and you end up losing each round by 200points. if you don't bother to learn how the game is played and witness the thrill of winning a close match after putting a show with long range shots and melee fights, you have no idea what this game can offer you. RP is for regiments,public servers is where the action is at (or should be like it was b4)

True. Ironically it's real teamwork that ensures the meme team gets obliterated every single round. I don't think you guys have any idea how well organised the sweats are. That line you guys just formed, y know the one where you are all following that charismatic officer around the map. That's already been spotted, alerted in team chat and the reception committee is already setting up it's ambush. Charismatic and inspirational officers in Holdfast are rarely good officers imo.
