I wish, but they will probably add all the major nations first so it will be a very long while if ever.

The base game Factions were of course France and Britain. Next they introduced Prussia and now we have Russia. I'm assuming they are adding the Factions based on which nation was more involved in the Napoleonic War. The next one will most likely be Austria or the Ottoman Empire. But it takes a lot of time to create a new Faction so don't expect to see another one in some time.

Austria is definitely needed next. They should've been included before Prussia, too.

The ones that are currently in-game plus Austria, Spain and Ottoman Empire. Though the ottomans only joined one of the coalitions against napoleon while Sweden participated in the 3rd, 6th and 7th coalitions. Austria took part in all but one so my guess is they would probably be the next faction to be added.
