Another solution for you if you wanted to play this style of game, you could also get Mount and Blade Warband with the Napoleonic Wars DLC.
Also you need a gpu what you have the intel hd graphics 405 is an integrated graphics and not for pc gaming. The cpu is very old school and won't work for these new generation games. For example to give you an idea my PC Specs are,
CPU Amd fx 8350
GPU R7 370 4gb
Mobo m5a99fx pro
Ram 8gb ballstix sport
1tb Hard drive seagate barracuda
fan cooling to cool the cpu I have a Noctua Nh d15
plus you need a monitor to game get your self like a 1920x1080 its good for starters
plus you need a full tower or mid tower case to screw on the motherboard in case and connect the sata cables and power cables too because you need a power supply too fpr all builds.
plus you need to purchase the operating system windows 10
plus you need to know how to apply thermal paste on the cpu and buy thermal paste too
plus you need have a compatible build in order for the system to work.
plus you need to boot your computer to see if the parts didn't arrive dead on arrival which is a hassle especially if you buy online in places like new egg, amazon, other comp part sites.
plus you need to carefully place cpu in mobo socket and then attach the cooler to the cpu from. All of this is if you do it by your self but you could buy parts and go to a frys electronics and they set it up for you but computer parts and cost of labor for the installation from frys electronics for computer your looking around at spending $1500-1900 if your american.
plus you need an optical or laser gaming mouse, or else you wont be able to do anything in game example razer naga or msi
plus you need a mechanical keyboard
Then after that welcome to #pc master race
its an old build but I run 45-60fps in game
