Play without VR

I dont have a vr set or the space to play vr games but i know i saw videos of people playing this with headphones and no vr. im not buying the game until i know for sure how to play without vr

Hi there. I'm afraid Dreadhalls is a VR-only game, and requires a VR headset to play. While you can surely find ways to play it without one, those are "hacks" that aren't officially supported nor recommended.

OMG A DEV REPLY!!!
i saw Poiised play Dreadhalls for 3 episodes with his face visible. he didn't even get to do an intro on ep2. anyway, because of this, i thought the game was in windows and moved to vr. I see that it really was a vr game to begin with. that sucks cuz i live in an apartment with not half the space needed in my room for a vr game

There are a number of games I wish I could play which are VR-only, I have a Sony HMZ-T1 which is great for 3D and doesn't have headtracking. Sure wish more devs would consider the option of increased revenue for those of us who either can't tolerate the current VR headsets or find them to be ridiculously priced.

Would have loved to try this in normal stereoscopic mode.
