Does anybody have a way to run the game at 144fps

I use Special K to unlock the fps but it still only goes to 60

Why you want more , there is no real diffrence exvept that you skip several pictures . The human eye can compress 58 fps , thats the hard limit .

If you get 144 fps and you cant not comprehend more as 58 , then you just technicall skip frames in your sensory , so from 3 frames you see only 1.4 technicall speaking , therefore , outside of the believe it is a diffrence ( and yeah it looks diffrent , maybe faster , but only because your eyes and brain can not follow the rate) its just a marketing gimmich introduced so many years ago .

I don't think your understanding the problem me and the other guy in this thread are having the game for some reason is hard locked at 47 fps, now if you had an answer than thank you , but using a thread talking about an issue with the game to get your point across about how much you hate high refresh rate monitor's is not the way to do it.

i'm fine playing at 60 fps what doesn't matter is why I want to run it at more, it's more the question of why I can't fix an issues I know other people are having a similar issues, if you don't have a problem running the game at almost half the intended 60 fps than be happy and go play the game

People can see up to 300 fps on average. the "hard cap" of 58 is just plain wrong. if i paid money for a 144 hz monitor i would want to get my moneys worth out of it, wouldnt you? and we dont NEED 144 fps, it would just look a lot nicer. getting a higher hz monitor has the same goal behind it as getting a better graphics card: to make the graphics look better in games. my 144 hz was like $160 or so, so its not like as expensive as graphics cards nowadays. also yeah, if the game would play at 60 that'd be fine with me, but it doesnt even run that surprisingly considering its practically an analog rpg with extremely minimal graphics.

ok maybe 300 was an overstatement, but we can very obviously(us people who play games frequently) see the difference between 60fps and 144fps. bc why else would there be such a large market for these high refresh rate monitors? yes, to people who dont play games often, they might not notice it, but who cares. these companies arent trying to sell these monitors to people who dont play games, thats just stupid. ive been playing games for many years and im willing to wager a lot that i can see past 144 fps. the "hard cap" of 58 for people "that are trained and have a genetic gift" is just simply not true. again, 58 is absolutely not the hard cap, however that would prob be true for the average person. when i switched to a 144 monitor, i immediately noticed the difference. kinda hypocritical to say to look up how many pictures our eyes can make per second and not just be ignorant to what i think, when you say youre "a professional in this sector" and when there are hundreds of studies of people seeing past 60. either you have an extremely slow old man brain and think everyone is like you, or youre literally a troll
