Report a translation problem
I don't know anything about Game Maker, but it seems that the Undertale decompiler Altar.NET is able to produce something that could potentially be used.
Perhaps there are other, better decompilers of Game Maker files, but as I've never delved in to this before, I'm unaware of any.
Unless I'm mistaken about what I'm seeing or the decompiler is convoluting it a lot, it seems like this game would have been annoying to make, and I could understand why the developer has stopped any kind of communication related to it for a few years.
Character Sprites / Fonts / Backgrounds / Dungeons / Classes / Enemies / Weapons.
... I see lots of potential to mod.
