Report a translation problem
I tried that, but it would just ignore the new song and wouldn't add anything to the music player. It seems scripted so that the music player always has that exact list of songs in that order with their predefined song lengths, no way to add new entries to the list.
It's not just chiptune, it's almost midi. It's meant to sound like the Windows Soundfont, faintly, which I respect a ♥♥♥♥ ton more than just chiptune, because it's in step with the rest of the design. I would adore a custom music option so that we can use the in-game music application for our music listening needs. Not too necessary since we can make a 19 track playlist as it is, but it would be cool!

I would certainly appreciate it. It's possible now as you pointed out, but it's a bit of a hussle, and you only get to add 19 tracks. It would be a really nice thing to get in a future update for sure.
