How to access custom mode?

Check options, menu, game modes, and nothing. What am I missing?

"You'll need to beat the game once to unlock custom game, and beat it again with each boss cells to unlock all the options. " if you have an issue for that, check it with the developers

Oh, ok. Also, does it interfere with achievements in any way?

I think you can't get archivements on custom mode

I've actually beaten HotK yesterday (it was way too easy, I feel like they removed boss damage cap), and from what I noticed some customisations disable achievements, while some don't. Also I've noticed a bug, where if I leave the custom run menu and go back in, I have some kind of percentage that food will be cursed, or something like that, not only do I not know what it means, also it seems to disable achievements and I can't turn it off.

EDIT: Infected, not cursed. I still have no idea what that means.
